There are many types of goals we can all hope to achieve, rather it’s a business goal, weight loss goal or the goal to change a less than productive habit in your life. One of the best ways to reach a goal is to have a support system that keeps your focused on your goals, rather it’s a team effort or you simply have a coach who keeps you motivated.  The first step in starting to reach your goals is making sure the goal challenges you. Along with making sure that is it a challenge make sure there realistic. Don’t think Rome can be built in a day. Also make sure your goal is something you can measure such as pound or dollars. To make sure you keep track of the measure, simply plan out a time of the week where you will sit down and evaluate how your week has gone.
